At Gryffin Opal, it is paramount to us that you are 100% satisfied with every stone you purchase. While we strive to represent every stone as accurately as possible in both colour and detail, we understand that making a decision based solely on images and videos is no substitute for handling the stone in person.
If you are not satisfied with your opal for any reason at all, you can return it within 7 days of receiving your order. If you decide to return the stone, please contact us as soon as possible to obtain the correct return address. Please note that returns requested after the 7 days from the date of delivery will not be accepted. You will be refunded the cost of the item(s), excluding the delivery and insurance fees (applied to orders below $500AUD only), which are non-refundable.
While you are in possession of the stone, you are fully responsible for its care which also includes the return shipment up until we sign for its successful delivery. We strongly recommend you insure the return shipment to cover the stone against loss or damage which is to be done at your own cost and discretion. Gryffin Opal will not reimburse or compensate for any return shipments which are lost, stolen, damaged or mishandled.
The stone you wish to return must be in its original condition and original packaging, including the SKU sticker on the jewellery box. It cannot have been set into jewellery, worn in any way, damaged, chipped, scratched, fractured, altered in any way, and it must not weigh differently. Once we receive the stone and have carefully inspected it to ensure it is in original condition, we will contact you to arrange your refund. Gryffin Opal reserves the right to refuse any return or refund for the stones which have been altered, substituted or damaged in any way; in such case, the stone(s) will be returned to you at your cost.
